Product Features:

  • The base steel plate provides good toughness and weldability, and the surface chromium carbide alloy provides extreme hardness and wear resistance, achieving the organic unity of structural support and surface protection.
  • The surface contains a large amount of Cr₇C₃ hard carbide, and the microhardness can reach HV1800, which is significantly better than traditional wear-resistant steel.
  • In dry friction, high-impact or strong corrosive medium environments, the service life is 3~5 times that of traditional wear-resistant steel plate.
