Hardfacing wear pipes, supported by a tougher steel substrate, maintain stability even in applications with frequent impact and vibration.

Hardness: HRC 55–63.
The hardness and chemical composition of the overlay depend on the pipe diameter and hardfacing thickness.
Overlay Diameter Range: Fully automatic welding.
Minimum pipe diameter 80 mm, maximum 2 m, maximum pipe length 6 m.
Large diameter elbow hardfacing range:
• Elbow diameter: Ø500–1200 mm
• Bending radius: 500–1800 mm
• Wear layer thickness: 4–25 mm
• Overlay hardness: HRC 55–60
