Bimetal CCO Composite Hardfacing Hopper Chute Wear Liner Plate

Bimetal CCO Wear Liner Plate is a composite wear-resistant liner designed for high-impact and high-abrasion working conditions. It is welded by metallurgical bonding of a high-chromium-carbon alloy hardfacing layer and a high-quality low-alloy steel base plate.

    Product Detail

    Compared with traditional wear-resistant steel plates, the working layer of CCO wear plate contains a high proportion of Cr and C elements (typical Cr content 27-45%, C content 3-5%), which can continuously form hard M7C3 carbides during operation, with a Mohs hardness of 58-65HRC, significantly improving the ability to resist impact and sliding wear.

    This product supports processing according to drawings, customized special shapes, prefabricated openings, bending and welding, and is suitable for various complex structures, such as:
