WD-NC100 Crack-Free Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plates
Manufactured through a submerged arc overlay process combined with post-processing, WD-NC100 is engineered to provide a crack-free wear surface with stable sliding performance. Compared with conventional chromium carbide overlay plates, it features a relatively lower hardness level, focusing on smooth surface behavior and reduced friction rather than extreme abrasion resistance.
The optimized surface condition delivers low surface roughness and consistent flatness, helping minimize friction during operation while preventing material sticking and build-up. As a result, WD-NC100 is particularly suitable for slide plates, guide blocks, and other components operating under continuous sliding and positioning contact conditions.
