WD-1600 Impact-Resistant Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plates

Wodon independently developed this plate and added special elements. It is designed to withstand high-impact and severe wear conditions, and the Nb ratio can be adjusted according to customer requirements.

By introducing Nb into the alloy system, the overlay achieves a better balance between wear resistance and impact toughness. The refined carbide structure enhances crack resistance while maintaining sufficient hardness for abrasive wear conditions.

  • Cutting

    Wear plates can be formed into curved panels, conical segments, and cylindrical shells to meet various equipment design requirements, including transition zones, cylindrical sections, and cone-shaped liners.
  • Hole Processing

    • Screen holes: Used for material separation and particle-size control.

    • Through holes: Includes plug-weld holes, shaft-passing holes, and other installation hole types.

    • Countersinking: Supports manual shim countersinking, rotary-cut countersinking, and precision machined countersinking.

  • Stud Welding

    Manual and automatic stud welding are both available, providing reliable fastening solutions for wear liners and ensuring accurate positioning during installation.
  • Welding

    Provides welding, assembly, and structural fabrication of processed wear plates, producing complete wear-resistant components according to customer drawings.
