
WD-1000/1100 Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plates
Produced using open-arc welding technology, WD-1000/1100 plates apply one or multiple layers of chromium-carbide–rich hardfacing alloy onto a mild or medium-carbon steel base. They are designed for general abrasion environments and can withstand low to medium levels of impact.
Special Welding Pattern
WD-1100 can be manufactured with a zig-zag overlay pattern, allowing the weld bead orientation and arrangement to be adjusted to create different wear-resistant surface configurations.
